Senior Solutions Media LLC ("we," "our," or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Account information: Your email address, used for passwordless sign-in.
• Chat messages: Questions you type or speak to the app, and the AI's responses.
• Uploaded content: Photos or documents you choose to upload (for example, a bill, letter, or label) for analysis.
• Subscription information: If you subscribe to Senior Solutions Plus, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number or banking details ourselves.
• Usage information: Basic technical information such as login timestamps, needed to keep your account secure.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and personalize your experience in the app
• Answer your questions using AI (processed via the Anthropic API)
• Send you a one-time sign-in code by email
• Process and manage your Plus subscription, if applicable
• Maintain the security and reliability of the app

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate the app, with these service providers:

• Anthropic — processes your chat messages and uploaded content to generate AI responses
• Supabase — securely stores your account and chat history
• Stripe — processes subscription payments
• Resend — delivers your sign-in code emails

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how they handle data on our behalf.

Data Retention

We retain your account and chat history for as long as your account remains active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the app.

Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Senior Solutions account at any time:

• Sign in to the app
• Open Senior Solutions Plus from the menu
• Scroll to the Delete My Account button and confirm

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your email address, your saved chat history, and any uploaded content you've sent us, and cancels any active Plus subscription. This cannot be undone.

If you're unable to access the app, email us at seniorsolutionsapp7@gmail.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

Your Choices and Rights

• You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app.
• You may cancel your Plus subscription at any time; billing is handled through Stripe.
• You may choose not to upload documents or photos — this is entirely optional.

Children's Privacy

Senior Solutions is designed for adult users and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure storage and encrypted connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
