Senior Solutions Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Senior Solutions Media LLC ("we," "our," or "the app") governing your use of Senior Solutions. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Who Can Use Senior Solutions
Senior Solutions is designed for adult users and is not intended for children under 13. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and, if you are under 18, that you have a parent or guardian's permission.
Your Account
- You sign in using a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
The Service We Provide
Senior Solutions lets you ask questions by chat or voice, and optionally upload photos or documents (like a bill, letter, or label) for the app to help explain. Responses are generated using AI (via the Anthropic API) and are provided for general informational purposes only.
Senior Solutions is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on information from the app, especially about your health, finances, or legal matters.
Free Tier and Senior Solutions Plus
- A free account includes a limited number of messages and uploads.
- Senior Solutions Plus is an optional paid subscription that unlocks unlimited messages and uploads and saves your chat history. Pricing is shown in the app before you subscribe.
- Subscriptions are billed and processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms for the payment method you use.
- You may cancel your Plus subscription at any time through the in-app billing management link. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we do not provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law.
Acceptable Use
When using Senior Solutions, you agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Upload content that you do not have the right to share, or that infringes someone else's rights
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its underlying systems
- Use the app to harm, harass, or deceive another person
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the messages, photos, and documents you submit to the app ("your content"). By submitting content, you give us permission to process it (including sending it to our service providers, such as Anthropic, for the sole purpose of generating a response) as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share any content you upload.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Senior Solutions is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated responses may sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete, and we do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific needs.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senior Solutions Media LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, or for decisions made based on information provided by the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Changes to the App or These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, and we may update or discontinue features of the app. We will update the "Last updated" date above when the Terms change. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the app will be brought in a state or federal court located in Florida.
